So, who are we and what do we do?

IPAF Training is a division of UK Construction Training Ltd, an XYZ Training Group Company. We provide training, advice and support for companies and individuals) looking to provide a safe and risk free environment in which to work. Following the advice and legislation as laid down by the HSE and the IPAF, we provide a full IPAF training package using our own network of IPAF Training instructors and training centres. Additionally, we maintain an active post training relationship with our clients and provide comprehensive after sales support. This includes reminding you as to when your IPAF delegates require refresher training through to notifying you when there is a significant change in legislation or your legal responsibilities.

We also provide a comprehensive package of other training services which include a full range of other industry related training courses. All available nationwide. IPAF Training is owned and operated by XYZ Training Group Ltd who also provide a totally free of charge training management tool for training professionals. Here you may arrange training, discuss specific health and safety requirements with other training and HR professionals, discover your training obligations and manage your individual staff training. XYZ.co.uk also provides a free training course advertising service to other training providers and trains in excess of 10,000 delegates per annum.

So how do I make a booking?

Our system has specifically been designed with you, the customer in mind. So, when you need to make a IPAF Training booking, you will find our system an easy and straightforward experience. Simply find the course or select the date you require and we take care of the rest.

Once you have placed your IPAF Training enquiry or booking, we will send you by return an email quotation and pro-forma invoice and your enquiry will emailed both to our training manager and to you for your records. We also inform our IPAF trainer by SMS. Two days prior to your IPAF Training taking place, our training manager will contact both yourself and our trainer to confirm that there are no last minute hitches. The training then takes place as arranged and the trainer confirms the delegate names and result of the training back to us. You then receive your training certs and/or id badges in the post. You will also be given a login to your own account to manage, review and print any information you require, including your own temporary certificates.
